Participants must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).

Employees, advisors, and immediate family members of the ErectusDAO Core Team are not eligible.
Disqualification:
Multiple entries using multiple accounts or automated methods will result in disqualification.
Any participant who has insider knowledge (e.g., advisors being revealed) is ineligible.
Restrictions:
Residents of countries or jurisdictions where sweepstakes are prohibited cannot participate.
Participants must provide a valid Ethereum wallet address.
Residents of Florida and New York are ineligible.
2. No Purchase Necessary
Participation in this sweepstake is free. No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required to enter or win. An alternative method of entry (AMOE) will be provided for participants who do not wish to submit guesses via social media.
3. How to Enter
Follow ErectusDAO's official account on X (Twitter).
Monitor for clue drops about an advisor/collaborator reveal.
Submit your guess as a reply to the clue post within the entry window (24 hours). Only one guess per person is allowed.
Alternate entry method: Participants may send a mail-in entry with their guess to hugo@erectusdao.org.
4. Duration
The sweepstakes run from December 13, 2024, to December 24, 2024. Each round lasts for about 24 hours from the time of the clue drop.
5. Winner Selection
Winners are determined based on the first correct guess (ONLY ONE PRIZE PER ROUND) submitted within the timeframe, verified by timestamp.
If no correct guesses are submitted during a round, no prize will be awarded for that round.
6. Prizes
Each winning guess will receive the amount indicated in each clue drop. The maximum each guess may win is:
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The value of prizes will be disclosed in USD equivalents in compliance with local regulations.
7. Prize Distribution
Prizes will be distributed once ErectusDAO’s treasury reaches $1.5 million USD.
Winners must confirm eligibility by providing proof of identity and ownership of the winning X account.
Payments will be processed within 30 days after meeting the treasury milestone and governance approval.
If the treasury milestone is not reached by December 31, 2024, prizes will remain unclaimed until achieved.
8. Claiming Prizes
Winners will be announced on X within 48 hours after each round ends.
Winners must respond within seven (7) days with their Ethereum wallet address and required documentation.
Failure to respond within this timeframe results in forfeiture of the prize.
9. Taxes and Fees
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their prize under local laws.
10. Data Protection
Participation requires minimal personal data collection (e.g., wallet address, identity). Data will only be used for sweepstakes purposes and handled in accordance with GDPR (for EU participants) and applicable data protection laws.
11. Governing Law
US: Sweepstakes must comply with state-specific bonding/registration requirements for prizes exceeding $5,000 (e.g., Florida and New York).
EU: Compliance with GDPR and national laws regarding promotions and data handling is ensured.
This sweepstake is governed by Swiss law.
Disputes will be resolved in a jurisdiction chosen by ErectusDAO unless otherwise required by local law.
12. Modifications
ErectusDAO reserves the right to modify or cancel the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice but will notify participants through official channels if changes occur.
13. Void Where Prohibited
This promotion is void where prohibited by law or regulation.
